Who can partner with YFS?
Corporations, foundations, family offices, and institutional funders with a commitment to youth development, education, or future-of-work impact. We also welcome SMEs who can host interns or sponsor regional events.
What partnership types are available?
Three main tracks - host company, event sponsor, and institutional giver. We regularly blend all three for strategic partners.
What's involved in hosting a YFS intern?
We handle matching, onboarding, and ongoing support. Host companies provide a project, a supervisor, and regular virtual interaction over a 4-12 week cycle. YFS co-runs induction and debrief.
How does this support our CSR / ESG reporting?
Every partnership comes with private evaluative reporting designed for funders and internal stakeholders. We do not publicise partner-specific reports, but we do share the data and context directly with the organisations involved.
Can partnerships be customised?
Yes - customisation is the norm. We co-scope geography, cohort profile, subject focus, timing, and metrics with every partner.
