Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join YFS programs?

Our programs are designed for students aged 11-18. No prior business, coding, or entrepreneurship experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Are the programs free?

YFS is a registered charity. We offer both paid and fully-funded programs. Students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds can participate at no cost through our funded initiatives.

Where are programs delivered?

Our programs run across 10+ countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Indonesia, and more. Internships are delivered virtually. Bootcamps and Ideation workshops are delivered in-person with school and community partners.

How do schools or corporates get involved?

Schools can bring any of our programs to their students. Corporates can host interns, sponsor programs, or send employee mentors. Contact us at info@youngfoundersschool.com to get started.

What do students get at the end?

Depending on the program: a pitch deck, a startup prototype, a professional portfolio from a real company internship, mentor connections, and a certificate of completion. Our internship graduates leave with tangible work they can show universities and future employers.
